Welcome to Columbia Credit Union’s Business Online Bill Payment Electronic Bill Payment
Information

Business Online Bill Payment allows you to pay vendors and individuals that you designate.
The payments will be deducted via electronic debit from your designated account. I
understand that Business Online Bill Pay services are subject to the terms and conditions as
outlined in Columbia Credit Union’s Business Electronic Funds Transfer agreement.
Columbia Credit Union may terminate your Business Online Bill Payment service anytime.
In the event that iPay LLC pays your bills as instructed, and is then unable to collect the
funds from you, iPay LLC will proceed with collection procedures in order to collect the funds
owed.

The fee for Columbia Credit Union’s Business Online Bill Payment is outlined in the Business
Rate & Fee Schedule. Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service
was used during the billing cycle and will be deducted your designated Billing Account for
these amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you.
To discontinue this service, you must notify Columbia Credit Union in writing by the last day
of the month to avoid charges for the following month. Canceling your business bill payer
service will stop all future payment that you have set up. Notice must be sent to Columbia
Credit Union at PO Box 324, Vancouver, WA 98666 or hand delivered to a Columbia Credit
Union branch. Columbia Credit Union reserves the right to cancel all bill payer service with a
30 day written notice.
