BILL PAYING AGREEMENT/TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in Albina Community Bank's Online Bill Payment Service, you agree to comply
with the Terms and Conditions outlined in the "Online Banking Access Agreement and
Electronic Funds Transfer Act Disclosure" and pay the current fee as dislcosed in the
"Schedule of Fees and Charges", provided to you at the time you enrolled in our
Online Banking service. Please call your branch with any questions or concerns you may
have.
