Where do I enter my Password?

Our top priority is protecting your personal information. For this reason, we have made your login experience even more secure. This new level of security will assure you are using the authentic bill pay site, and it will help us to identify you as the actual user.

Starting now, the Login screen will ask you to enter your User ID; you will not be asked for your password on this screen. After selecting the Login button your Security Key will appear. If you recognize your Security Key, you can be assured that you are at the iPay Technologies bill pay site, and you can then safely enter your password to log into the authentic bill pay site.

This secure process will also help us determine if the computer being used is where you normally pay your bills. Periodically, we may ask you a challenge question to ensure your privacy and security.
