| A toll-free number is displayed at the bottom of each page in the bill pay product. This phone number connects you to a Subscriber Services Representative within the call center. You can get assistance with any question you may have regarding your bill payment account. With the Subscriber Services phone support, the user will need to confirm ownership or access authority to the account by answering questions that will authenticate that user. User’s permissions will be used to determine what information that user can receive. This service is available from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time (in some cases, until 11:00 PM Eastern Time). |
