| Prompt for challenge phrase | |
Only the Primary user can set security settings. From this window, you can set certain functions to require your “Challenge Phrase and Response” prior to performing those functions within the bill pay program. You can set as many of these as you desire. When this is set, a window requiring your “Challenge Phrase” will pop up before the selected function. If the “Challenge Phrase” is entered incorrectly a certain number of times, the following message will appear: “For security reasons, your account has been locked out. You have exceeded the maximum number of security word access attempts. You must contact your financial institution to unlock your account.” The following functions can be set to require the “Challenge Phrase”: |
