Set Dual Signature requirement
This requirement forces all payments to be approved by two users with “Approved Payments” permission. This can only be set by the Primary user.
1.	Click on “Security Features” under the “Admin Tools” tab.
2.	Select “Dual Signature Required” to view setting.
3.	Choose “Turn On” to set. Choose “Turn Off” to end.
4.	Click “Finish”.
