| 4. | Scroll down to the Cookies area and insure that ENABLE is highlighted in both options. | |

| 3. | In the “Preferences’ section, you will see several items in the ‘Category’ window. | |
| 4. | Click on ‘Privacy and Security’ | |
| 5. | Then, click on “Enable all cookies.” | |
| 6. | Click on ‘Advanced.’ | |
| 7. | Click on ‘Clear Memory Cache’ and ‘Clear Disk Cache.’ | |
| 8. | Below the ‘Clear Disk Cache’ button, make sure that the: “Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network,” is highlighted on, “Every time I view the page.” | |

| 1. | Click Edit and then move your mouse to Preferences and left click. | |
| 2. | Now click the arrow next to the Privacy & Security section. | |

| 5. | Click OK to exit this. Restart your Browser for this to take effect. | |
