  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog opens.
  2. Locate the Security tab and left click.
  3. Click on Custom Level.
  4. Scroll down to the Cookies area and insure that ENABLE is highlighted in both options.
  5. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.

Internet Explorer 6.0 users
 
  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the “Tools” menu option on the Menu Bar.
  3. Select “Internet Options”.
  4. Click on the “Privacy” tab.
  5. Click the “Advanced” button.
  6. Select the “Always allow session cookies” checkbox.
   
  This is what the settings should look like.
 
   
  7. Click “Ok”.
  8. Click “Ok” to close Internet Options.
  9. Close Internet Explorer.
  10. Restart Internet Explorer and login again.

  Netscape Communicator 6.2
   
  1. Click on ‘Edit’ in the browser tool bar.
  2. Then, click on ‘Preferences.’
  3. In the “Preferences’ section, you will see several items in the ‘Category’ window.
  4. Click on ‘Privacy and Security’
  5. Then, click on “Enable all cookies.”
  6. Click on ‘Advanced.’
  7. Click on ‘Clear Memory Cache’ and ‘Clear Disk Cache.’
  8. Below the ‘Clear Disk Cache’ button, make sure that the: “Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network,” is highlighted on, “Every time I view the page.”

  Netscape Communicator 7.02
   
  1. Click Edit and then move your mouse to Preferences and left click.
  2. Now click the arrow next to the Privacy & Security section.
  3. Left click on the word Cookies in the menu that appears.
  4. Make sure the radio button Enable all Cookies is highlighted.
  5. Click OK to exit this. Restart your Browser for this to take effect.
