| Forgot your PIN? | ||
| If you forget your PIN at login to the bill pay session: | ||
| 1. | Click on “Forgot your PIN?” link on the login page. | |
| 2. | Enter your User ID and submit. | |
| 3. | Enter the correct challenge response to the challenge phrase and submit. | |
| 4. | If you are the Primary User, you will receive a verification message that your PIN will be sent to your email address on file. If you are a sub-user, you will receive a verification message that an email will be sent to your Primary User. You will be notified by your Primary User once they have reset your PIN. | |
| If you have forgotten your User ID and/or incorrectly answer the challenge phrase, you may contact a customer service representative by phone for assistance. If you exceed the maximum number of attempts answering the challenge phrase, your account will be locked for security reasons. You will need to contact a customer service representative by phone for assistance. | ||
